Heard.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the representation filed by the applicants dated 08.01.2026 (collectively filed as Annexure A/2) is still pending consideration before the respondent department. He further submits that this Original Application may be disposed of with a direction to the competent authority of the respondents to consider and decide his representation in accordance with law within a time frame.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the respondents have no objection in deciding the pending representation of the applicant in a time bound manner.

4. In view of the above submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, this Original Application is disposed of with a direction to the competent authority of the respondents to consider and decide the applicant’s representation dated 08.01.2026 (collectively filed as Annexure A/2) within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in accordance with law.

5. Applicant is directed to send copy of O.A. alongwith all the necessary documents and certified copy of this order to the department within 15 days.
