1.Heard Shri Anil Kumar Singh, Shri Lakhan Singh Kushwaha, learned counsel for the applicants and Shri Chakrapani Vatsyayan, learned counsel for the respondents and with the consent of counsel for both the parties, the case is being disposed of at this stage itself.
2. The instant Original Application, under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985, has been filed by the applicants, seeking following reliefs:
“(i) This Hon'ble Tribunal may be pleased to direct the respondents for regularization of the applicants service in terms of and be allowed all service benefits at par with similarly situated regular employees, in accordance with law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of State of Karnataka vs Uma Devi and subsequent judgments in the case of Narendra Kumar Tiwari vs State of Jharkhand, Jaggo vs Union of India, Shripal & others vs Nagar Nigam Ghaziabad, Dharam Singh & others vs State of UP & others and the very identical judgement of Hon'ble High Court, Jodhpur in the case of Laxman Singh & others vs Union of India & others.
(ii) This Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to direct the respondent
