O R D E R

Per: Kumar Rajesh Chandra, Administrative Member

The applicant has approached this Tribunal under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 praying for the following relief:

“A. The respondent authorities may be directed to allow benefits of one extra increment to the applicant on being allowed and granted promotion to him w.e.f. 30.08.2002 in the scale of Rs. 6500/- to Rs. 10500/-, and thereafter his date of next increment may be directed to be fixed w.e.f. 1st July, in pursuance to RBE no. 40/2012, circulated vide Letter No. E.511/O Kolkata, 29th March 2012, by the Dy. Chief Personnel Officer/ WS, For Chief Personnel Officer, Eastern Railway, Kolkata as contained in Annexure- A/1.

B. That the respondent authorities may be directed to allow re-fixation of pay of applicant in terms of reliefs above in Paragraph-8A, in terms of Annexure-A/1 and thereafter to re-calculate the Pension and all other pensionary benefits of applicant and pay the balance amount of arrears along with statutory interest thereupon.

C. Any other relief/ reliefs as the applicant is entitled and your Lordships may deem fit and proper in the ends of justice.”
