O R D E R
Hon’ble Mr. Rajinder Kashyap, Member (A):
By filing the present OA under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985, the applicant is seeking the following reliefs:-
"A. It is thus prayed that in the aforesaid conspectus, the respondents be directed to quash the letter dated 22.1.15.
B. The Respondents be directed not to proceed with the charge sheets dated 14.07.2014 and 28.07.2014.
C. The respondents be directed to release the gratuity, leave encashment and pension of the Applicant with interest @ 24% p.a. compounded monthly, w.e.f. the date of retirement of the Applicant i.e. 30.09.2014 till realization.
D. Costs of the proceedings be given to the applicants.
E. Any other order(s) the Hon'ble Court deems fit be also passed.”
FACTS OF THE CASE
2. It is stated that with effect from 1.04.1950, the bus services were taken over by an autonomous statutory authority under the Delhi Road Transport Authority Act.
