1. The applicant has filed the present Original Application under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 seeking the following reliefs: -

a) Respondents be directed to produce complete original service record of the case of the applicant for kind perusal of this Hon'ble Court.

b) That impugned order dated 21.10.2016 (A-1) issued by respondent No.3 as well as all orders, actions or direction emanating therefrom including retiring the applicant w.e.f. 31.12.2016 on superannuation be quashed/ set-aside.

c) That direction in the nature of mandamus be issued to the respondents directing them to reinstate the petitioner in service w.e.f. 31.12.2016 and thereafter to treat him to be in service till his due date of retirement i.e. 31.12.2018 on attaining the age of superannuation of 60 years and further, to grant him all service benefits due to him during the period from 01.01.2017 to 31.12.2018 viz salary, promotion, seniority, increments etc. and all other monetary benefits forthwith, to which he may be entitled to under law alongwith interest @ 18% per annum, in the interest of justice.

d) That further direction be issued
