1. The applicants have filed the present Original Application under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 seeking the following reliefs: -

i) Quashing the notification No. 3003-09/CFE/Estt/05/J dated 27-1- 2020 issued by respondent No. 4 whereby the seniority of the applicants has been fixed with effect from 19-8-2015 when they were re-designated hy the respondents instead of from their first permanent appointment

ii) Directing the respondents to fix the seniority of the applicants by counting their services with effect from 1-4-1998, 1-4-2000, 1-4- 2001, 1-4-2001, 1-4-2001, 1-4-1999 and 1-4-2000 respectively with all consequential benefits

iii) Restraining the respondents from making further promotion to the post of Forest Guards/ Junior Assistants till the seniority of the applicants is settled and fixed as Forest Guards.

iv) Such other additional or alternate relief which this Hon'ble Tribunal in the facts and circumstances of the case deem fit and proper be also passed in favour of the applicants and against the respondents.
