1. The applicant has filed the present Original Application under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 seeking the following reliefs: -

a) “allow the instant original application;

b) quash order No. 832-DFPF of 2020 dated 19.11.2020 through the medium of which the seniority of the applicant in the updated seniority list of Head Assistant issued vide circular dated 24.07.2020 has been wrongly fixed at Sr. No. 4 without application of mind, inasmuch as the same does not change the date of promotion of the applicant as Senior Assistant as well as Head Assistant;

c) quash order No. 1494-DFPF of 2017 dated 04.12.2017 by virtue of which the private respondent no. 4 & 5 have been regularized and confirmed as Head Assistant w.e.f. 15.03.2017 despite the fact that they are Junior to the applicant;

d) quash circular dated 24.07.2020 by virtue of which updated seniority list of Head Assistants UT Cadre of Forest Protection Force J&K, as it stood on 24.07.2020 was issued, to the extent the same places the applicant at Sr. No. 4 without giving the benefit of promotion to the applicant as Head Assistant w.e.f. 15.03.2017, as has been
