ORDER Per: - Ram Mohan Johri, Administrative Member

1. The applicants have filed the present Original Application under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 seeking the following reliefs: -

a) “Direct the official respondents to conclude the process of consideration for induction of State Cadre Forest Service Officers into Indian Forests Services, which was initiated for 44 vacancies which were available with respondents prior to the coming into force of organization Act 2019.

b) Likewise direct the official respondents to consider cases of the applicants, who are the eligible State Forest Officers for induction into Indian Forest Service against the available 44 vacancies available prior to coming into force of Re- organisation Act of 2019 without taking into account the communication date 02-2020.

c) To allow the cost of the petition.

d) To pass any other order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deems fit in the present set of circumstances.”
