O R D E R
Hon’ble Mr. Rajinder Kashyap, Member (A):
1.By filing the present O.A. under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985, the applicant has sought the following reliefs:-
"(i) That the Hon’ble Tribunal may graciously be pleased to pass an order of quashing the impugned order dated 01.08.2017 (A/1), Appellate Authority order dated 12.4.2018 (A/2), Revisional Authority order dt. June, 2019 (Annex.A/3), charge sheet dated 31.01.2011, IO report and complete disciplinary proceedings, declaring to the effect that the same are illegal, arbitrary, against the rules and against the principle of natural justice and consequently, pass an order directing the respondents to re- instate the applicant in service with all the consequential benefits including arrears of pay and allowances during the intervening period with interest.
(ii) That the Hon’ble Tribunal may graciously be pleased to pass an order of quashing the impugned order dated 7.6.2017, only to the extent by which the intervening period decided as “no work no pay” (A/4) and consequently, pass an order directing the respondents to regularize the intervening period from the date of compulsory retirement to the date of re
