ORDER

The applicant has approached this Tribunal to seek the following relief:

8.1. Impugned order dated 01.03.2021 along with the forwarding letter dated 02.03.201 be set aside and quashed.

8.2. The Hon'ble Tribunal be pleased to direct the respondents to regularise the services of the applicant for the period from 10.12.2019 to 11.10.2020 and treat the same as on duty for all purposes.

8.3. The Hon'ble Tribunal be pleased to direct the respondents to grant full arrear salary with other allowances including Non-Productivity Linked Bonus, increment, etc. for the period from 10.12.2019 to 11.10.2020 with 12% interest, with all consequential benefits.

8.4. Any other relief or reliefs as the Hon'ble Tribunal may deem fit and proper, including the cost of the case.
