1. The SWP No.823/2020 was transferred from the Hon’ble High Court of Jammu & Kashmir at Jammu and was registered as T.A No.275/2020 by the Registry of this Tribunal.

2. The present matter was filed before the Hon’ble High Court seeking following relief: -

I. Writ of Mandamus commanding the respondents to regularize the service of the petitioner in the department as helper being eligible from the date the petitioner completed the service of seven years as daily rated worker in terms of SRO 64 at par with the similar situated employee of the department who were appointed before 1994 and have been regularized from the date they completed their seven years’ service as daily rated worker.

II. With Further Writ of Mandamus commanding the respondents to release and pay the grade and all consequential benefits in favor of the petitioner commensurate to the post against which the petitioner is discharging the duties as Daily Rated Worker from the c completion of seven years i.e. with effect from 2000.
