ORDER

1. The applicant has filed the present Original Application under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 seeking the following reliefs: -

a) Prayer seeking quashing of order No.35 of 2019 dated 20-03-2019 issued by respondent No.2 by virtue of which case of the applicants for their regularisation in term of SRO 520 dated 21-12-2017 has been rejected, which is patently illegal, arbitrary and unjustified in the given facts and circumstances of the case.

b) Prayer seeking direction upon the respondents to also recommend the case of the applicants for their regularization in view of the SRO-520 dated 21-12-2017.

c) Further prayer seeking directions unto the respondents to allow the applicants to mark their biometric attendance in NIC Portal (District Headquarter Level) as per the instructions issued by the Finance Department and also release the unpaid wages to the applicants.

d) The Hon'ble Tribunal may kindly award such other relief(s) as may be considered appropriate in the circumstances of the present case.
