1. The SWP No.1286/2016 was transferred from the Hon’ble High Court of Jammu & Kashmir at Jammu and was registered as T.A No.6574/2021 by the Registry of this Tribunal.

2. The present matter was filed before the Hon’ble High Court seeking following relief: -

a) It is, therefore, most humbly prayed that in view of the submission made hereinabove and those to be urged at the time of arguments, your Lordship may be pleased to issued appropriate writ, direction or order by way of writ of: -

a. Certiorari quashing the select list in so far as it pertains to the respondent No.3 figuring at S.No.31 of the RBA category.

b. Mandamus directing the official respondents to appoint the petitioner in the RBA category being a handicapped person.

c. Mandamus directing the official respondents to fulfill the criteria with regard to appointment of 5 candidates of the handicapped category.

d. Certiorari quashing the order of appointment, if any passed in favour of respondent No.3.

e. Any other interim or final order as the Hon'ble Court may deem appropriate in the facts and circumstances of the case.
