O R D E R

1. The applicant has approached this Tribunal under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985, praying for the following relief(s):

“(i) to quash the impugned result / order dated 13.01.2024 (filed as Annexure No.-1 with the compilation No-I to this original application) passed by The Selection Committee through its Chairman Directorate of Education Port Blair Pin Code-744011. i.e. respondent No. 4.

(ii) to direct the respondents authorities to issue appointment letter and appoint the applicant on the post of Graduate Trained Teacher and make his payment regularly with the seniority.

(iii) Issue any other order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem, fit, and proper in view of the facts and circumstance of the case.

(iv) To award the cost of the original application in favor of the Applicant.”

2. The applicant applied for the post of Graduate Trained Teacher in Social Science (Hindi/English) in response to an employment notice published by Andaman & Nicobar Administration on 07/12/2023. Selection for the post was to be made based on the academic performance of the candidates. The applic
