1. The applicant has filed the present Original Application under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 seeking the following reliefs: -

a) To quash and set aside order No. 64-AHJ/2021 dated 27-04-2021, whereby the applicant has been promoted as Health Educator in the pay scale of 9300-34800+4200 level 6 against the available vacancy.

b) To command and direct the respondents to step up the pay scale of the applicant to the grade of 5700-10100 to bring him at par with Jr. Public Health Assistant and Sanitary Inspector in order to remove anomaly, in the interest of justice.

c) To allow the cost of the petition.

d) To pass any other order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deems fit in the present set of circumstances.

2. The applicant has filed the present Original Application under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985, seeking quashing of Order No. 64-AHJ/2021 dated 27.04.2021, whereby he has been shown to have been promoted as Health Educator in the pay scale of Rs. 9300-34800 with Grade Pay of Rs. 4200, Level-6, against an available vacancy.
