1. The applicants has filed the present Original Application under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985.

2. The present matter was filed before the Hon’ble High Court seeking following relief: -

A. OA/531/2020

a) allow the instant original application;

b) quash Govt. Order No. 79-ASH of 2020 dated 17.07.2020 issued by the respondent No. 1 whereby and whereunder the respondents No. 9, 11 and 13, have been asked to look after the charge of the post of Joint Director (Farms), Jammu, Joint Director (Farms) Kashmir and Joint Director (Extension), Kashmir respectively;

c) seeking to quash the Govt. Order No. 114-ASH of 2019 dated 28.08.2019 whereby and whereunder the respondent No. 8 has been posted as Director, Animal Husbandry Department, Ladakh and also communication bearing No. ASH/SH/19/2017 dated 30.01.2018 addressed by the respondent No. 1 to the respondent No. 4 whereby and whereunder the charge of the post of Director, Sheep Husbandry, Jammu was given to the respondent No. 7;

d) commanding and directing the respondent No. 1 to refer vacancies in the promotional quota under Jammu and Kashmir Sheep Husbandry (Gaze
