The applicant initially approached this Tribunal vide OA No.135/2016 against the order of suspension (Annexure A-2) and Memorandum of Charges (Annexure A-6), seeking quashing of Annexures A-2 and A-6 orders and payment of pension and other retirement benefits, besides full pay and allowances for suspension period, which was dismissed by the Tribunal on 16.01.2019 as 'infructuos' as the applicant had filed another OA No.50/2018 dated 19.01.2018 challenging the disciplinary order dated 06.09.2017. Subsequently, the applicant filed RA No.07/2019 and the Tribunal by order dated 12.03.2019 restored the OA No.135/2016.
