1. This is an Original Application filed under Section-19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 seeking the following reliefs:-

“i. Direct the official respondents to allow the applicant to perform and continue her duties as a Guest Faculty/Lecturer in the Discipline of Electrical Engineering which is presently being performed by the applicant in Government Polytechnic College, Samba;

ii. Direct the official respondents to not to replace the applicant with another set of employee on Guest Faculty basis in Government Polytechnic College Samba in discipline of Electrical Engineering;

iii. Restrain the official respondents from issuing fresh advertisement for engagement of employees on guest faculty in Government Polytechnic College Samba in the discipline of Electrical Engineering against which the applicants herein are presently working;

Any other relief which the Hon'ble Tribunal deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.”

2. At the outset, learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant would be satisfied, at this stage, if the O.A. is disposed of with the direction that the respondents
