Per Urmita Datta (Sen), Judicial Member:-

The instant Review Application has been filed by the Applicant praying to review the Judgement/Order dated 19.03.2025 passed in O.A. 350/00327/2025 wherein taking into consideration the submission advanced by Ld. Counsel for the applicant this Tribunal has passed the following Order:

2. During the course of hearing, Ld. Counsel for the applicant submits that though the applicant retired on 31.12.2024, however till date he has not received any retiral benefits. He fairly submits that though one chargesheet was issued on 12.12.2024 but it was subsequently dropped. Even then no retiral benefits has been granted to the applicant till date. Hence, this O.A.

3. Learned Counsel Ms. A. Kundu appears on behalf of the respondents and prays for some time to take instructions.

4. It is noted that there is no disciplinary or criminal proceeding pending against the applicant. Therefore, the respondents are directed to make payment of retiral benefits to the applicant, if not paid already, within a period of 04 (four) weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.”
