1. The applicant has approached this Tribunal under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 praying for the following relief(s):
“A. An order be passed directing the respondent No. 6 to appoint the applicant to the post of GTT Social Studies (Hindi/English) under the unreserved category in terms of the reserve list dated 23/09/2023 in terms of the vacancy notice dated 11.07.2023.
B. An order be passed directing the respondent authorities to transmit the original records of the case before this Hon’ble Court, so that after perusing the same conscionable justice may be rendered to the applicant.
