O R D E R
Learned counsel for respondent No.2 submits that he has filed an MA
No.857/2026 for dismissal of the Original Application as the impugned
transfer order dated 09.12.2022 has been cancelled by the Department vide
the order dated 03.07.2026.
2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he wants time to seek
instructions from the applicant.
3. Learned counsel for the respondents- State of Madhya Pradesh placed
copy of the order dated 08.07.2026 issued by the office of respondent No.6
thereby communicating the applicant regarding cancellation of the transfer
order dated 09.12.2022. This order bears the receiving of the applicant.
4. In view of the fact that the impugned transfer order dated 09.12.2022 of
the applicant has been cancelled by the respondents, nothing remains to be
decided in this Original Application. Hence, the Original Application is
dismissed as having become infructuous. No order as to costs.
