Ms. Nita Chowdhury:

The respondents have complied with the order of the Court

and sent the dossier of the applicant to the Customs Excise &

Service Tax Appellate Tribunal on 27.05.2016. Hence, in view of

the substantial compliance with the order of the Court, nothing

remains to be adjudicated in the CP. Hence, the CP is closed.

Notices issued to the respondents stand discharged. However, it

will be open to the applicant to make the representation for any

other benefit, if he is so advised, in accordance with rules.
