Ms. Nita Chowdhury:

On 10.08.2018, a detailed order was passed directing the

respondents to conclude the disciplinary inquiry expeditiously. As

per the reply given by the respondents, they have complied with

the said order and accordingly, they have taken a decision. But as

the applicant has since retired, they are now required to take an

approval for further action against the retirement employee as

per prescribed under the said Service Rules.

2. In view of the substantial compliance of the order of this

Tribunal, nothing remains in this CP and the same is closed.

Notices issued to the respondents are discharged. MA No. No.

3860/2018 also stands disposed of.
