Ms. Nita Chowdhury :

When the matter is taken up, it is pointed out by learned

counsel for respondent that this is LARSGESS case and the scheme of

LARSGESS has been totally closed and a number of orders had been

passed in this regard after the order of Hon’ble Supreme Court in

SLP(C) No. 508/2018 dated 08.01.2018. In view of the same, it is the

contention of the respondent that nothing remains to be complied

with in this matter. The same contention is accepted in view of the

latest position of the law.

2. Hence, nothing remains in this CP and the same is closed.

Notice issued to the respondents stands discharged.
