MA No. 448/2018 for joining together is allowed.
2. This Original Application has been filed by the
applicants, claiming the following reliefs:-
“(i)That the Hon’ble Tribunal may graciously be
pleased to pass an order of quashing the
select list dated 17.10.2017 (Annex.A/1) and
consequently pass an order directing the
respondents to accept the joining of the
applicants as Primary Teachers in KVS at an
early date with all the consequential benefits.
(ii) That the Hon’ble Tribunal may graciously be
pleased to pass an order declaring to the
effect
that
the
whole
action
of
the
respondents not allowing the applicants to
join their duties only because of registration
of criminal case is totally illegal, arbitrary and
against the principles of natural justice.
(iii) Any other relief which the Hon’ble Tribunal
deem fit and proper may also be granted to
the
applicant
along
with
the
costs
of
litigation.”
3. When the matter is taken up, counsel for the
respondents gives a copy of the order dated 02.04.2018
in which reference has been made to the OA filed by Mr.
Dravin Yadav (applicant No.1 herein) with regard to his
appointment to the post of Primary Teacher and as per
the information, Mr. Dravin Yadav has joined Kendriya
Vidyalaya, Mallapuram on 15.03.2018. In view of this,

nothing remains in this OA and the same is accordingly
dismissed.
4. There is no order required to be passed in MA No.
449/2018. No costs.
