When this matter is taken up for hearing, learned
counsel for applicants submits that originally 13 applicants
have filed O.A jointly and in respect of 10 applicants relief

has been granted. However, in respect of three applicants
i.e., applicants no. 3, 7 and 8, the respondents have stated
that their claim was rejected, but no orders were
communicated in writing to the said three applicants.
