When the matter is taken for hearing, we are informed and

given copy of the notice dated 15.03.2016 in which, it has been

recorded as under :-

“As per consideration of report of Directorate of

Vigilance and DSSSB, in respect of complaints against

selection process for the post of Head Clerk (Gr.II

DASS), post code 90/09, Government of NCT of Delhi

has (vide its decision dated 14.03.2016) ordered for

cancellation of the selection process held so far and

starting the process afresh.”

2. In view of the above information, it is clear that as this OA has

been filed with regard to examine the question, nothing further

remains in the matter. However, counsel for applicant requests

that in case the process is re-started, he may need to agitate the

matter a fresh. Leave is given to him, in case he decides to do so.

3. With the above, OA stands dismissed. No costs.
