Heard both parties.

2. In view of the information given by the respondents and in view

of the order passed by them on 20.11.2018, we find substantial

compliance with the order dated 27.11.2017 of the Tribunal passed in

OA No. 4307/2015. Hence, nothing remains in the CP and the same

is closed. Notice issued to the respondents stands discharged.

3. However, if the petitioner has any further grievance, he is given

liberty to agitate the same in accordance with law.
