ORDER(ORAL)
The applicant has approached this Tribunal with a prayer for
directions to the respondents to release the arrears of family pension
from the period 24.08.2006 to 31.03.2016. Learned counsel, Sh. Ashok
2 OA-4688/2018
Kumar appearing for the applicant submits that the applicant made
number of representations to the respondents in response to which they
have received a communication dated 21.09.2017 informing her that the
arrear has been withheld for want of verification from the Social Welfare
Department, Ghaziabad. The said communication also mentions that the
matter has been brought to the notice of the higher authorities and as
soon as a favourable decision is taken, the same shall be communicated
to her.
2. I find that this communication from the respondents is too vague
and open ended. In view of this, the OA is disposed of at this stage
without going into the merits of the case with a direction that the
respondents shall dispose of the (Annexure A/2) representations made
by the applicant, within sixty days from the date of receipt of a certified
copy of this order through a speaking and self contained order. No
costs.
