2. Learned counsel for respondents has produced a copy of

the detailed order filed in CP No. 432/2018 . As per the letter

dated 06.12.2018, we find enclosed a copy of the order dated

27.04.2018 in which grant of 2^nd financial upgradation under

ACP scheme has been given to the petitioner.

3. In view of the complete compliance of the order dated

13.03.2018 of the Tribunal passed in OA No. 3289/2016, nothing

remains in this CP and the same is closed. Notice issued to the

respondent stands discharged.
