When this matter was taken up for hearing today,

learned counsel for applicants while producing a circular

dated 19.12.2018 by the respondents, stated that relief has

been granted and accordingly, he prays for withdrawal of

the O.A with liberty to avail remedies in accordance with

law, if they are still having any grievance. Accordingly, the

O.A is disposed of as withdrawn with the said liberty.
