Heard learned counsel for the applicant.

2. The applicant, a driver under the respondents - Delhi

Transport Corporation filed the OA challenging the Annexure

A/1 dated 04.12.2017 whereunder his appeal dated 11.08.2016

for grant of ACP/MACP benefits was rejected. The impugned

Annexure A/1 dated 04.12.2017 reads as under:

"Reference appeal dated 11.08.2016

preferred by Sh. Om Prakash Singh, Ex-

has

been

considered

thoroughly by the competent authority

and found not satisfactory, so the same

has been rejected.”

3. A bare perusal of the impugned order itself clearly shows

that the same is a non-speaking and non-reasoned one and it

is submitted that other than the said order no other order was

communicated to the applicant.

4. Accordingly, the OA is disposed of at the admission stage

itself and the respondents shall communicate the reasoned

order, if any, passed by them for rejecting the claim of the

applicant and if no such order was passed, the respondents

shall re-consider the Annexure A/2 appeal dated 11.08.2016 of

the applicant once again and pass appropriate reasoned and

speaking orders thereon, in accordance with law, within sixty

days from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order

and communicate to the applicant. No costs.
