ORDER
The Petitioner, NERGS-I Power Transmission Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Petitioner/NERGS”), has filed the present Petition under Section 63 of the Electricity Act, 2003 (hereinafter referred to as “the Act”) to establish Inter-State Transmission System for “North Eastern Region Generation Scheme-I (NERGS-I)” (hereinafter referred to as “Project”)” on Build, Own, Operate and Transfer Basis.
