ORDER
The instant Petition has been filed under Section 79(1)(c) read with Section 79(1)(f) of the Electricity Act, 2003, and applicable provisions of the CERC (Connectivity and General Network Access to the Inter-State Transmission System) Regulations, 2022 and the CERC (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2023 seeking revision of the Effective Date of 100 MW General Network Access granted to the Petitioner.
2. Petitioner has made the following prayers:
a. Admit the present Petition.
b. Quash and set aside the Letter dated 23.09.2024 issued by Respondent No. 1 as being in
