5. CTUIL, in compliance with the RoP dated 30.4.2025, vide affidavit dated 26.5.2025, has submitted as under:
i) Details of the inter-connecting upstream/downstream transmission system are as below:
Upstream Transmission System
• Khavda Phase-V Part B1 scheme would facilitate immediate injection of about 810MW power from AGEL generation projects (Refer to the table below) at KPS1 (Sec-II) in order to maintain N-1 compliance of 765/400kV ICTs.
• Khavda Phase-V Part B2 scheme would facilitate immediate injection of about 600MW power from the GIPCL generation project (Refer to the table below) at KPS2 (Sec-I) in order to maintain N-1 compliance of 765/400kV ICTs.
Downstream transmission System:
• For onwards evacuation of power from above generation projects linked with Khavda Phase-V (Part B1 and Part B2 scheme), Khavda Phase-I to V schemes would be required. However, as per early requirement indicated by associated generation projects for injection of power, the subject ICTs would facilitate immediate injection of power at KPS1 & KPS2, even though the transmission system for onward evacuation of power under GNA would come later.
ii) The details of the connectivity / GNA granted and / or applications received at KPS 1 (Sec-II) & KPS 2 (Sec-I) as per the following table, with relevant do
