ORDER

The instant Petition has been filed by Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (PGCIL), a deemed transmission licensee, for truing up of the transmission tariff for the 2019-24 tariff period under the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions of Tariff) Regulations , 2019 (hereinafter referred to as “the 2019 Tariff Regulations”) and for the determination of the transmission tariff under the , 2024 (hereinafter referred to as “the 2024 Tariff Regulations”) for the 2024-29 tariff period in respect of the following transmission assets (hereinafter referred to as the “transmission assets/Combined Asset”) under System Strengthening Scheme – XXIX in the Northern Region:

Asset-1: 2 Numbers 400 kV Line Bays at Samba Sub-station and 2 Numbers 400 kV Line Bays at Jallandhar Sub-station; and

Asset-2: 2 Numbers 400 kV Line Bays at Samba Sub-station and 2 Numbers 50 MVAR Line Reactors at Samba Sub-station.

Asset-1 and Asset-2 were combined on 1.4.2019 and are collectively referred to as "Combined Asset" for the 2019-24 and 2024-29 tariff periods.

2. The Petitioner has made the following prayers in the instant Petition:
