ORDER

The Petition No. 46/MP/2018 was filed by the Petitioner seeking relaxation of the normative NAPAF of 85% for FYs 2017-18 and 2018-19 in respect of Mouda Stage-I (2×500 MW), Mouda Stage-II (2×660 MW), Solapur TPS (2×660 MW) and Simhadri Stage- I (2×500 MW), and treatment of the shortfall between normative NAPAF and actual declared availability, attributable to inadequate coal supply from linked mines and restrictions on coal imports, as deemed generation for recovery of fixed charges under the proviso to Regulation 36(A) of the Tariff Regulations, 2014. The Commission, vide order

dated 28.8.2019, rejected the prayer, as under:
