1. Grievance of petitioner in this writ petition is with regard to non-

granting the monetory benefit of revised pay scale from the date of completion of eight years of service.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner -

Trilok Kumar Gota was initially appointed on the post of Shiksha Karmi, Grade-III under the Department of Panchayat and Rural Development, Raipur on 09.07.2008 and while in service he further participated in the recrutement proceedings and was appointed as Lecturer (Panchayat) on 09.09.2011. In pursuance to the order of the State Government dated 17.05.2013, the petitioner alongwith others were extended benifit of revised pay scale vide order dated 29.05.2019. In the said order, the date of completion of 8 years of service of the petitioner is also mentioned as 09.07.2016 however, the benifit of revised pay scale was not extended from 09.07.2016 but from 29.05.2019, hence, petitioner is entitled for arrears of revised pay scale from 09.07.2016 till 20.08.2019.
