Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the default pointed out by the Registry has been rectified.
1. Following relief has been claimed in this writ petition -
“10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call the records pertaining to impugn notices dated 18/10/2024 & 04/11/2024.
10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to set aside the impugned demarcation proceeding case No.202410280600009/A12/2024-25 parties Mukhya Nagar Palika Adhikari Vs. State of C.G. dated 01.10.2024 and its panchnama dated 07.10.2024 alongwith the demarcated map (Annexure P/1) as the same has been proceeded illegally and improper with respect to the survey No.369/1 and 368/1 situated in Village Marwahi under P.C.N. No.4, Tahsil Marwahi, District – G.P.M. in accordance with law.
10.3 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be please to quash the proceeding under which the impugned notice dated 18.10.2024 and notice dated 04/11/2024 have been issued.
