1. The instant petition has been filed under Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita , 2023 by the petitioner assailing the order dated 03/01/2025 passed by the Additional Judge to First Additional Sessions Judge, Saraipali, District Mahasamund in criminal case No.12/2024 whereby the order dated 05/12/2024 passed by the JMFC, Saraipali, C.G. in M.J.C. No. 348 of 2024 rejecting the application for supurdnama filed by the petitioner, has been affirmed.

Brief facts of the case are that, the petitioner is the proprietor of the business in the name of Kamal enterprise which deals in the trade of Areca Nuts and the present applicant is the power of attorney holder of the vehicle which is a goods carrier bearing registration no.
