1. This is the first bail application filed under Section 483 of the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 505/2024 registered at Police Station Kharora, District - Raipur (C.G.), for the offences punishable under Sections 119(1), 296, 115(2), 351(2), 309(6), 3(5), 238(c) of the Bhartiya Nyay Sanhita (BNS).

2. According to the prosecution, on July 21, 2024, the complainant filed a report stating that at 8:30 PM on the same day, while riding his motorcycle, unknown individuals stopped and assaulted him with a knife, stealing ₹8,000/-. Consequently, a crime was registered, and an investigation was conducted by the police against the accused persons, including the present applicant. The applicant faces allegations and charges under sections 119(1), 296, 115(2), 351(2), 309(6), 3(5), and 238(c) of the Bhartiya Nyay Sahita, 2023.

3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the present applicant is innocent person and has been falsely been implicated in the foresaid case. He submits that the applicant is a 19-year-old student currently pursuing Class 12 studies, if
