1. Heard Shri Ishan Verma, learned counsel for the appellant as well as Shri Sangarsh Pandey, learned Government Advocate for the State.

2. The appellant has filed this writ appeal against the order dated

30/09/2024 passed by learned Single Judge in WPS No. 6090/2024, by which the learned Single Judge has dismissed the writ petition filed by the appellant herein/ writ petitioner therein.

3. Brief facts necessary for disposal of the case are that respondent No. 1 is the State and the other respondents are instrumentalities of the State. The private respondent, Varun Jain, holding the post of Deputy Director, Udanti Sitanadi Tiger Reserve, District Gariyaband, Chhattisgarh, has acted against the appellant with malafide intentions and therefore, he has been made a party in his petition on his personal capacity. The appellant is currently holding the post of Assistant Conservator of Forests in the Forest & Climate Change Department, Government of Chhattisgarh. He was appointed to this position through promotion by an order dated 11.01.2021, issued by the Under Secretary, Forest &
