1. This criminal revision is preferred against the judgment and order dated

07.11.2014 passed in Criminal Appeal No. 64/2011 by the learned 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Janjgir, District – Janjgir-Champa (C.G.), arising out of the judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 30.04.2011 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Janjgir, District – Janjgir-Champa (C.G.) in Criminal Case No. 262/2011, whereby, the applicant has been convicted and sentenced as follows:-

CONVICTION SENTENCE
Under Section 147 of Indian Penal Code (For short, IPC) Fine of Rs. 50/-, in default of payment of fine 7 days of additional rigorous imprisonment.
Under Section 323 of IPC Rigorous imprisonment of 1 month with fine of Rs. 50/-, in default of payment of fine 7 days of additional rigorous imprisonment.
Under Section 325 of IPC Rigorous imprisonment of 1 year with fine of Rs. 50/-, in default of payment of fine 3 months of additional rigorous imprisonment.
