1. Heard Mr. Satyendra Srivas, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Ms. Supriya Upasane, learned Government Advocate, appearing for respondents/State.

2. The present petition is for cancellation of the anticipatory bail granted to the respondent No. 2 - Teekaram Sahu, as he was enlarged on anticipatory bail by an order dated 11.07.2024 in MCRCA No. 760 of 2024.

3. The applicant had preferred an anticipatory Bail Application under Section 438 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of anticipatory bail, in connection with Crime No.447/2024, registered at Police Station- Kota, District – Bilaspur (C.G.) for the offences punishable under Section 354 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent No.2/accused has again after being granted anticipatory bail by this Court, has harassed the petitioner/complainant on 25.08.2024, while she was returning to her home at Kota from Bilaspur and when she reached Amane the respondent No.2/accused came there blocked her path and started assaulting and abusing her by touching her private parts and had threatened her, for which an FIR was lodged for offences in question.
