This criminal revision is directed against the judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 02.04.2014 passed by the Sessions Judge, Dhamtari in Criminal Appeal No.60/2013, in which the present applicant has been convicted for the offences punishable under Section 338 of IPC and sentenced him to undergo R.I. for three months and to pay fine of Rs. 200/-, under Section 279 IPC, he has been convicted till rising of the Court and under Section 146/196 of the Motor Vehicle
