1. This appeal is preferred under Section 374 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 against the judgment dated 29.07.2003 passed by Learned Special Judge, Durg, District-Durg (C.G.) in Special Case No. 15/2002, wherein the said Court convicted the appellant and sentenced him as under:-
