1. This is the irst bail application iled under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Shuraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 12/2024 registered at Police Station- Aaraksi Kendra-Gatapar, District – Khairagarh- Chhuikhadan- Gandai (C.G.), for the ofence punishable under Sections 34(2), 36, 49(A), 59 A(1)(2) and 34(1) of the Chhattisgarh Excise Act and Section 420, 465, 468, 471/34 of Indian Penal Code.

2. Case of the prosecution, in brief, is that on 03.04.2024 a secret information was received by concerned Police about illicit liquor
