1. This is the first bail application filed under Section 483 of the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita , 2023 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 60 of 2025 registered at Police Station Balod District Balod, CG, for the offences punishable under Sections 317(2), 317(4), 318(4), 61(2)(A) and 111 of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

2. The prosecution's case, is that between 01.01.2024 to 02.02.2025 the applicant with other accused by committing Cyber fraud have received the huge amount of Rs. 3,19,145/- from the different account holder. On the basis of said Cyber fraud, the concerning police has registered the crime against the applicant and other accused, filed the charge sheet before the concerned court.

3. It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case and there is no criminal antecedents registered against the present applicant. It is further submitted that the charge-sheet has been filed in this case and the co-accused has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 08.05.2025 passed in MCRC No. 2128/2025. The
