1. This criminal appeal has been preferred by appellant against the judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 24.09.2024 passed by learned Session Judge, FTSC (POCSO), Raigarh Division, District Sarangarh-Bilaigarh, C.G in Special Criminal Case (POCSO) Act No.27/2023, whereby appellant stands convicted and sentenced as under:

| Under Section 4 (2) of the POCSO Act. | Rigorous imprisonment for 20 years & fine of Rs.1,000/-, in default of payment of fine, 01 year additional RI. | |
| Under Section 5 (L)/6 of the POCSO Act. | Rigorous imprisonment for 20 years & fine of Rs.1,000/-, in default of payment of fine, 01 year additional RI. |
All the sentence run concurrently
2. The prosecution case, in brief, is this that complainant (father of victim) lodged missing report to the concerned Police Station mentioning therein that her minor daughter went out
