1. This is the First bail application filed under Section 483 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 254 of 2025 registered at Police Station : Khamtarai, District – Raipur (C.G.) for the offences punishable under Sections 318(4), 336(3), 338 & 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
2. At the outset, learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the parties have entered into compromise on 05.04.2025, as there appears business transaction between them and a copy of the compromise has been annexed as Annexure A3. It is also submitted that charge-sheet has already been submitted in the case, and there is no criminal antecedents against the applicant, as submitted in para-4(A) of the petition. It is further submitted that the similarly placed other co-accused namely, Lukky Rajwani has already been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 13.0
